You may have read our previous post on this beautifully crafted documentary. Since then it has gone on to touch many and continues to win and be nominated for awards. Having already won the highly coveted Grand Jury Prize for Best Documentary at Sundance last year, it has now been nominated for a News & Documentary Emmy Award in the category of Best Documentary.
The film follows Cody Curtis over 10months as she battles recurrent liver cancer. Her husband Stan Curtis says “it seems a story about dying but actually it is very much a story about living”.
