Cannes Lions has officially wrapped with everyone nursing their lingering hangovers and jetlag and celebrating this year’s triumphs.
At Whitehouse, we’re making some room for a few more lions in the den.
Congrats to Trish Fuller, Russell Icke, John Smith, Carlos Lowenstein and Sam Gunn for landing a Gold, Silver and three Bronzes for Partnership at DrugFree.org’s Mind Your Meds, Heineken Odyssey, Skittles Cloud, Groomer and Vet, Skittles Smile and Intel’s Blind Visionary.
And, of course, warm congrats to the teams who always make the magic happen—Hill Holliday and Eric Stoltz at Disorderly Conduct (Mind Your Meds), Wieden + Kennedy Amsterdam and Tom Kuntz at MJZ (Odyssey), DDB | Chicago and Chris Palmer at Gorgeous (Cloud), DDB | Chicago and Randy Krallman at Smuggler (Smile) and Venables Bell & Partners and Chris Hewitt (Blind Visionary).
A shout out also goes to Rick Lawley, Dante Ariola at MJZ and BBDO | NY for GE’s Childlike Imagination and Russell Icke, Henry Alex Rubin at Smuggler and 72 & Sunny for Samsung’s Sport Doesn’t Care for making the shortlist.
In like a lion and out with a roar.
Anyone who’s anyone knows where the Cannes party was really at—check out the photographical evidence if you have any lingering uncertainties.
