The AICP Shortlist is out, and we have loads of friends to congratulate.
Our friends over at Gentleman Scholar proved they were worth their salt, earning in the Animation nomination with Everything’s Better and the Powerade Team (Wieden + Kennedy and Chivo at Park Pictures) reaped their rewards with the Cinematography nomination for Power Through (edited by Russell Icke).
The Toyota team (Saatchi & Saatchi, Oskar Holmedal at Smuggler) and our friends over at The Mill took the VFX category with A Radically New Formula (edited by Russell Icke) and Audi (BBH and Joachim Back at Park Pictures) swooped the Advertising Excellence International nomination with Swan (edited by Russell Icke).
Meanwhile, our friends over at Deutsch LA and MJZ were awarded a nomination for their Musical Arrangement in Volkswagen Beetle’s Sunny Side (edited by Corky DeVault), and Jim Robbins over at BBH gets things percolating with Google’s Coffee (edited by Crandall Miller).
